Kraus Management’s* Accounting Department maintains the project finances and handles all tenant billings and operational disbursements. It continually assesses arrears, plots vacancy rates, analyzes expenditures and the funding of project improvements. It develops detailed financial reports on a prescribed schedule to assist in executive decision making. Working with the law firm of Kraus & Kraus LLP, which specializes in the area of landlord and tenant law, Kraus Management Inc. tracks and collects rent arrears and, when necessary, authorizes the institution of legal proceedings.
