The Field Personnel of Kraus Management Inc. oversee and coordinate the day-to-day on site functions needed to ensure clean, safe and quality housing conditions for the residents. The Property Managers together with the Superintendents of each building inspect the properties and units on a regular schedule for preventive maintenance. Property Managers have the responsibility of ensuring that timely maintenance functions are performed and coordinating expeditious unit turn-around.
