Kraus Management* places special emphasis on its Tenant Services Department by training the staff that their primary responsibility is to understand tenants rights and needs and to administrate their duties with courtesy, sensitivity and responsive service. Each tenant has a representative who in most cases knows the tenant by name, and acts as liaison for the tenant to other departments within Management. Kraus has a special tenant “HELP” telephone line that provides 24-hour service, seven days a week with ability to dispatch emergency service.
