The Rental Department has the responsibility of screening tenants seeking occupancy in the developments managed by Kraus. All applicants for residence are interviewed and screened, following well-established procedures which conform to equal access guidelines and applicants’ rights of privacy. Management recognizes that tenant screening has a dramatic positive impact on the viability of the project from a social and financial perspective.
