Kraus Management* places special emphasis on its Tenant Services Department by training the staff that their primary responsibility is to understand tenants' rights and needs and to administrate their duties with courtesy, sensitivity and responsive service. Each tenant representative acts as liaison for the tenant to other departments within Management. Kraus has a special tenant “HELP” telephone line that provides 24-hour service, seven days a week with the ability and discretion to dispatch emergency service as needed.
